RETURNS: For returns, all you need to do is contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, including items that may get lost or damaged en route.
Would you please make sure that returned jewelry is unworn and in its original condition and packaging? Unfortunately, We cannot accept a return if our return policy requirements are not met.
The jewelry undergoes careful inspection when it leaves the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, please inform me within 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: Unfortunately, I cannot accept a return in which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of being opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED MAIL: I cannot offer a refund for a return if:
1) The address provided was incorrect.
2) The package is unclaimed once it attempted to be delivered.
It is possible to have the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and re-shipping and handling costs are to be covered by the customer before resending the package.

  1. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES: Any customs or duties the customs fees that may apply must b customer. Sellers cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
